How to Get Started

Installation

1. Download OOPVulns from here (Currently pending WordPress.org approval)
2. Upload the plugin to your WordPress site
3. Activate OOPVulns in your Plugins menu
4. Navigate to Tools → Vulnerability Scanner to access the dashboard

Configuration

1. Go to Tools → Vulnerability Scanner
2. Click the Settings tab
3. Enter your OOPSpam API key (or let it auto-detect if you have OOPSpam Anti-Spam active)
4. Configure email notifications for vulnerability alerts
5. Save your settings

Running a Scan

1. Go to Tools → Vulnerability Scanner on your dashboard
2. Click “Start Scan” to check for vulnerabilities right now
3. Optionally, enable Automatic Scans in Settings for weekly or monthly checks
4. Review your results. We’ll tell you what’s vulnerable and how to fix it
